Haley Ward is seeking an experienced industry leader for the position of Southern New England Municipal Infrastructure Regional Manager in our Maynard, MA office. The Regional Manager will lead team members in securing, planning, organizing, designing, and controlling project activities to completion while meeting schedules, budgets, and QA/QC policy constraints.

• Lead the design of professional, economical, and effective plans and specifications for water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, roadways, sidewalks, stormwater, dams, and landfills.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review work of engineers, technicians, and designers.
• Manage projects, oversee and delegate tasks, and engage in design activity planning.
• Prepare agreements, including scope, schedule, work plan, fees, and monitor financial performance.
• Participate in career path planning, development, performance plans, mentoring, and resource sharing for supervised team members.
• Cultivate business relationships and cross‑sell opportunities to enhance and expand client relationships during and after projects.
• Support communities in developing long‑term investment plans and advising on project funding.

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Advanced degree or experience in the specialization is desirable.
• Minimum 12 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration required.
• Strong mathematical skills required.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Leadership acumen essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

The estimated range for this role is $145,521 to $199,686. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, market conditions, education, training, certifications, and demonstrated proficiency. Compensation is reviewed annually and adjusted throughout the year for advancement, responsibilities, and licensure or certification.
