RoleDesign High-Speed IO circuits and DDR IPs.
Duties- Design/port standard cells
- Run spice simulations
- Perform Monte Carlo verification
5-7 years in Schematic Design and Spice simulation.
EducationBS, MS, or PhD in EE or Computer Engineering.
SkillsCircuit fundamentals, scripting, and tools (Totem, Nanotime).
PreferredHigh-Speed IO, SI/PI, and RTL/firmware familiarity.
