Southern New England Municipal Infrastructure Regional Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Southern New England Municipal Infrastructure Regional Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects and support continued business growth. This permanent position is based in the Maynard, Massachusetts office.
The Regional Manager will lead project teams through the planning, design, and completion of complex infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead municipal infrastructure projects involving water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, roadways, sidewalks, stormwater systems, dams, and landfills.
- Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers, technicians, and designers.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, and financial performance.
- Oversee project design, permitting, construction coordination, and QA/QC activities.
- Develop professional, cost-effective plans and specifications.
- Perform or oversee hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, equipment selection, cost estimating, feasibility studies, master planning, and construction document development.
- Mentor team members and support career development, performance planning, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Help municipal clients develop long-term infrastructure investment plans and identify potential project funding sources.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to successfully deliver projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration required.
- Minimum of 15 years of related industry experience preferred.
- Advanced degree or specialized experience is desirable.
- Strong background in business development and project management.
- Hands-on experience designing municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong mathematical, technical, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,521–$199,686 annually. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, location, market conditions, education, training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency.
