The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our team leaders earn an average of $18.00-$24.00 per hour, with the ability to make over $850.00 per week, paid weekly. Team leaders have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
