Optical Hardware Lead, Coherent Transceivers

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Maynard, MA is looking for experienced individuals for the role focused on optical transceiver development. In this position, you will work on optimizing coherent transceivers ensuring performance and efficiency while collaborating with various teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years experience or equivalent education and experience in coherent optical communications and DSP optimization.

Strong skills in test automation, especially with Python, are preferred. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work at least three days a week.
