Seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in Concord, Lexington, & Woburn – apply today! The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $50–60, depending on experience and case complexity. Positions are available as Full‑Time, Part‑Time, or Per‑Diem across Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Maynard, and surrounding areas.

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in‑home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

• Active RN License – must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification.
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and auto insurance (preferred).
• Clinical experience – at least 2–3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy expertise – proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN, with minimum 2–3 years of experience.
• Wound care – providing wound care, dressing changes, infection prevention, and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management).
• Problem‑solving & decision‑making – ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility & availability – comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and responding to emergencies.

• Home health or private duty nursing experience – familiarity with Bright Star Care’s business model is a plus.
• Sales & business development mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
