Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver an extraordinary guest experience
• Blend delicious smoothies and assist guests in selecting products that support their fitness and nutrition goals
• Manage cash drawer and perform opening/closing duties with accuracy
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients to maintain product quality
• Engage guests with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude to ensure satisfaction
• Complete store checklist tasks and uphold Smoothie King's culture and values

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food industry experience, preferably in a quick service or fast-food environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire team members
• Strong communication skills with a “guest comes first” mindset
• Must be at least 18 years old with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
