Healthcare Security Program Manager

Securitas seeks a Healthcare Security Program Manager to oversee security operations across healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role leads site security teams, manages contracts and service quality, and partners with client leadership on risk assessments, incident response, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The manager develops post orders, training, and emergency procedures; analyzes incident trends;

and drives continuous improvement. Success requires strong leadership, healthcare security experience, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and performance in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations across assigned healthcare facilities
• Supervise, schedule, and develop site security officers and supervisors
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee incident response and investigations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and client requirements
• Develop and maintain post orders, emergency procedures, and training plans
• Monitor performance metrics, incident trends, and service quality
• Partner with client leadership to address security concerns and improvement plans
• Manage contract deliverables, budgets, and reporting for assigned accounts
• Coordinate with technology and operations teams to enhance security solutions
• Support onboarding, coaching, and career development of security staff
