TILL Inc. is seeking a responsible and compassionate Part-Time Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals supported by our programs. This position involves routes throughout the Greater Boston area, Maynard, MA, and Nashua, NH. Drivers play a key role in helping individuals access day programs, employment, and community activities.

Location: Boston Metro , Maynard, Nashua Area

Available Routes:
There are two routes available:

Schedule

This is a part-time schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 9:00 am , 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. $21/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport individuals to designated locations using agency vehicles.
• Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle and securing seatbelts or mobility devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety checks are completed daily.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and TILL policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and program staff regarding schedules and route updates.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess functional English written and oral communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a condition of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must successfully pass a CORI background check and driving record review.
