Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Maysville, Kentucky.

Maysville, Kentucky

Duration: 8 weeks

Schedule:

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Shift: Day shift (8 hours)

• Prepare cardiac lab procedure rooms, ensuring adequate stock is available and in working condition, including instrument sterilization if applicable.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures, including site of entry, draping, arrangement of sterilized instruments and catheters, and calibration and setup of pressure transducers and tubing.
• Operate and ensure quality control of all equipment utilized in the cardiac cath lab; knowledge of all related equipment within the laboratory.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician in maneuvering catheters.
• Obtain and record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data by operating hemodynamic and electrical amplifiers and digital and line fluoroscopic equipment.
• Monitor the patient's hemodynamic status during procedures.
• Participate in life‑saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Radiologist.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT (R)-CI or CCI‑RCIS certification preferred or required.
• State‑specific licensing when required.
• Certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
