• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight.
• Support patient mobility by transferring, repositioning, and ambulating patients safely.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and a clean, safe care environment in accordance with facility protocols.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a current Kentucky Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA is preferred.
