Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic (Job Type: PRN)

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or physician.
• Assist in patient assessment, collecting data for analysis.
• Perform plan-of-care interventions including specimen collection and wound care.
• Administer medication, as permitted.
• Document patient care and monitor patient status.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, nutrition, ambulation).
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well‑being.
• Schedule appointments and procedures per provider orders.
• Obtain insurance re‑authorizations for testing and procedures.

• Current Kentucky or compact state LPN license and graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire.
• Associate's degree preferred.

• Critical thinking and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
