What We re Looking For Applicants should have a current Kentucky or compact state LPN license and be a Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. Additional requirements include:

• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) required within one month of hire
• Education:
  
  Associate s degree preferred

Required Skills Critical thinking skills Decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Capable of working in a stressful environment and taking appropriate action.
