Team Member – Bee Clean Express Car Wash

As a Team Member at Bee Clean Express Car Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers. Your day will include educating customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club, greeting and exceeding expectations, engaging pre/post wash, performing quality control checks, complying with safety protocols, handling escalations, operating retail equipment, pitching memberships, learning wash processes, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through first impressions
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Properly address all customer escalations calmly and collectedly
• Operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch membership when interacting with new customers
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Stand and move throughout the site for entire shift in fast-paced environment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment
