The Maywood Public Library District is seeking positive, customer service oriented people to be part of the library team. This position works in both Adult Services and Youth Services.
Library Assistant - part time
$15-17 DOQ, 18 hours/week
Evenings and Saturdays required
- Assisting in the Adult and Youth Services departments with patron reference interactions and programming.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons of all ages.
- Some college preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a library or customer service setting.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Monday, 9:00-5:00
- Tuesday, 4:30-9:00
- Thursday, 3:00-9:00
