Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine is seeking an MSK-fellowship trained faculty member to join the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) in Maywood, Illinois, approximately 12 miles from downtown Chicago.
Candidates should be Board Eligible in Radiology, fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology, with strong clinical skills to work across various imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging.
Options include an on-site position or a hybrid role requiring some presence at the Loyola main campus for procedures such as joint injections/aspirations, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsies. Evening and weekend plain film call duties are performed remotely with fully functional PACS and voice recognition systems. The role offers opportunities for clinical and translational research, as well as involvement in resident education.
Faculty rank and compensation depend on experience and qualifications. Consideration may be given for appointment as Section Chief. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Illinois at the time of hire.
