What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and management of patients across all patient populations. Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care is available to therapists who have completed the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Responsibilities include administering therapies, managing ventilators, and performing diagnostic procedures while following established protocols and best practices approved by the Medical Director. Functions as a lead/charge therapist, coordinating workflow and supporting staff to ensure quality and safe patient care.

- Associate's degree in respiratory care; bachelor's degree preferred
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
- Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC
- Effective 07/01/2025 for LUMC — Completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is expected within 90 days of hiring
- 3 years of previous job-related experience
- NPS credentialed (Neo-Peds Specialty) and ACCS
- 5+ years of previous job-related experience

Pay Range: $36.50 - $50.71 per hour
