We are seeking a Dynamic Scheduler to manage patient appointments, coordinated with medical orders and patient convenience across multiple sites.

EssentialJob Duties
- Schedule patient appointments in conjunction with order urgency and patient convenience, involving multiple sites as needed.
- Monitor physicians' schedules daily to optimize availability.
- Use insurance verification procedures to ensure maximum reimbursement and accurate payment.
- Proficient in clinical, registration, and scheduling software; learns new systems as required.
- Manage a high volume of telephone calls, maintaining 95% customer telephone skill scores.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent training via work experience or education.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior job‑related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Representative.
- Minimum of 3 years training in general administrative, business, healthcare, or related field.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the position is not sponsored for visas.
CompensationPay range: $21.12 – $25.53 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and internal equity).
