- Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-op appointments, and clearances across multiple care settings using Epic Optime.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, insurance carriers, and care teams to ensure timely authorizations and seamless case coordination.
- Obtain and verify required consents, approvals, and documentation for surgical procedures.
- Coordinate complex multi-provider cases and provide patients with procedural information and scheduling support.
- Perform administrative duties and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support efficient operations and compliance.

- Minimum Education:
High school diploma required; additional training or experience preferred - Preferred:
Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2 - 3 years of college - Minimum Experience:
Required:
1-2 years of previous job-related experience - Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- Compensation Pay Range: $19.07- $29.55 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
