Job OverviewLoyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, qua ternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. The role is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, with a strong emphasis on enhancing diversity across our medical staff.

Responsibilities- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Generate and support physician and provider sourcing strategies utilizing in‑house resources and innovative techniques to attract highly qualified candidates for current and future clinical opportunities.
- Lead all aspects of candidate sourcing, including digital advertising, career fairs, residency events, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the provider application and tracking process, including applicant tracking system (Practice Match experience preferred).
- Screen and engage candidates, assess qualifications, and coordinate interview logistics and site visits.
- Present qualified candidates to leadership and facilitate the hiring process through to successful onboarding.
- Stay current on industry trends in provider recruitment, retention, and compensation.
- Represent Loyola Medicine at national and local medical conferences and networking events.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3–5 years of previous job‑related experience, preferably as a physician recruiter or HR recruitment professional.
- Knowledge of provider recruitment strategies, practices, and procedures across various medical and surgical specialty areas.
- Ability to travel for recruitment events and conferences as needed.
- Ability to work on site a significant amount of the time and meet candidates at various Loyola locations.

Pay Range: $64,604.80 – $ per year (actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparison to colleagues in similar roles).
