We are seeking a Tool Room personnel with at least 2 years of experience who wants to become an invaluable asset to our organization. This individual will operate equipment such as lathes, surface grinders, and milling machines to maintain and create stamping dies. The role involves working closely with management on creative solutions and projects to improve our organization's production efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain existing stamping dies
• Create new stamping dies for small parts
• Maintain and uphold the organization's quality standards
• Learn and apply different manufacturing techniques
• Complete projects and assist production in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive and open mindset
• Collaborate closely with management to help the organization advance
• Work well with others in the organization
• Maintain open and effective communication
• Demonstrate accountability and integrity
• Develop ownership of your position within the organization

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tool and die maker or in a tool room
• Ability to create dies from scratch
• Skill in sharpening drills, tools, dies, etc.
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience driving a forklift (preferred but not required)
