• Flexibility: as little as 24 hours per month (per diem) or assignment options 36 hours per week for 12 weeks

• Variety of Practice Settings: ICU, CCU, CICU, CVOR, Critical Care, OR, CNOR, Scrub, Circulate, First Assist, AORN, ER/ED, MICU, SICU, Surgical Services, Surgical ICU, Step-Down, PCU, Progressive Care, Telemetry, Med/Surg, Neonatal, NICU, Endoscopy, Pain, Wound Care, WOCN and more
• Numerous Locations:
  Stay local or travel nationally

First Choice RNs are utilized to fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system. They provide nursing care as part of Trinity Health’s nurse staffing solution and support Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and Mac Neal Hospital as needed. First Choice nurses help fill staffing gaps while aligning with the organization’s mission and core values.

• Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications from American Heart Association (other certifications may be required depending on department/specialty requirements)
• Two years of current acute care experience in the desired practice area
• Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations
• EPIC experience preferred
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
• Ability to complete orientation and training with available options to fit your schedule

Pay Range: $52.00 - $68.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. Pay range may vary by location. Trinity Health Benefits Summary applies to First Choice clinical colleagues (PRN status).
