• Patient Care and Assessment:
  Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on these assessments.
• Nurse Triage:
  Perform initial triage to prioritize patient care by evaluating the urgency of their conditions. Determine appropriate next steps for treatment or referral.
• Care Coordination and Communication:
  Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensure effective communication, and manage patient treatments and follow-ups.
• Patient Education and Support:
  Provide education to patients and their families about managing health conditions, medication administration, and lifestyle changes. Offer emotional support and answer questions to help patients navigate their care.
• Administrative and Documentation Duties:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, chart care provided, document patient interactions, and manage appointment scheduling and other administrative tasks.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing – BSN or ADN
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Registered Nurse license, State of Illinois
• 1–2 years of previous experience in a clinical setting

Salary Range: $29.78 – $48.84 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
