Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts Administer contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activities Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to financial objectives Track project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders Support value engineering and cost-control initiatives Ensure compliance with permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements Work closely with field teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards Lead project meetings and resolve project challenges proactively Manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty activities Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) efforts throughout construction Profile The successful Multifamily Construction Project Manager will have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry Experience managing multifamily, residential, or mixed-use construction projects Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls
Experience with project management and construction software Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proven ability to manage projects through completion while maintaining client satisfaction Job Offer The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will receive:
