We are seeking a highly motivated Process Innovation Specialist to lead and drive transformative improvements in our logistics operations. This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative process solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, industry expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally to create long-lasting, impactful changes in our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze current logistics processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to streamline operations and reduce operational costs.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on driving continuous improvements across warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.
- Digital Transformation: Leverage emerging technologies (such as automation, AI, IoT, and data analytics) to implement digital solutions that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of process innovation projects, including scoping, design, execution, and post-implementation assessment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors) to align process improvements with business goals.
- Performance Metrics: Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process innovations and ensure sustainable improvements.
- Change Management: Lead and support the implementation of new processes, ensuring teams are trained and that changes are smoothly integrated into day-to-day operations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, process improvement, operations management, or logistics innovation, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with logistics management systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) is an advantage.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with a strong focus on delivering measurable results. PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Innovation Mindset: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving change and introducing innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and influence teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- May require periodic business travel, including trips lasting up to 2 weeks to 1 month.

Skills:
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives (automation, AI, IoT, etc.).
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience working with large-scale logistics networks, including warehouse and transportation management.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and business intelligence tools.
