• Preparation of loan documents; consumer, commercial and/or TRID
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Banc First policies and procedures
• Work with loan officers, employees and third party vendors to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist customers and lending staff with loan application and closing process when/if requested
• Assist customers, loan officers, and/or employees with various issues by phone and/or in person
• Prepare written correspondence
• Imaging loan documents to Vision Content and check back if applicable
• Work/clear loan exceptions
• Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives
• Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned

• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Knowledge of Laser Pro and Decision Pro preferred
• General understanding of Banc First products and services preferred
• Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all times
• Critical thinking and reasoning skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must work well under stress and deadlines
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

• Keyboard skills/40 wpm
• 10-key
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

• Constant use of computer screens
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
