Need Specifics: The Candlewood and American Inn have lower rates for hospital workers. EMR system is Meditech. Ratio is hiring for travel RNs than it is for perm staff so HCP should be aware and okay with this. Travel RN ratio is 1:7. May float to rehab unit depending on census.
