As a Healthcare Operations Manager (also known as Facility Administrator or "FA" internally), you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic.

As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you can expect:
  • Patients come first. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with patients while improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality initiatives.

  • Availability when the clinic is open.
  • Lead a Team. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver excellent care and service.
  • Financial Management. Oversee clinic operations, manage budgets, forecast expenses, handle vendor relationships, and ensure compliance.
  • Autonomy. Run your clinic with support from your director, regional peers, and the company. We value entrepreneurial spirit and continuous improvement.

  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • Passion for making a difference in people's lives.
    • Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience, preferably supervising direct reports.
    • Background from diverse industries is welcome; leadership and management skills are essential.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Adaptability, innovation, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative mindset to work with clinical and financial teams.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Associate's degree required;
      Bachelor's degree preferred.
