As the Special Care Aide, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways

• Align all actions with Elara Caring’s mission and leadership vision
• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressin
• Assist with meal and snack preparatio
• Perform housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning bathrooms, wiping surfaces, and moppin
• Support clients with errands and essential shoppin
• Observe and report medication compliance or concerns to the superso
• Escort or transport clients to appointments when approve
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to the plan of car
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, timesheets, and report
• Accept short-term, on-call assignments with flexibilit
• Assist with general branch office duties when not providing direct car
• Promote Elara Caring’s mission, values, and commitment to quality car

• High School Diploma or GED requir
• Minimum of 2 years providing care to elderly and/or disabled individuals in a home or healthcare setti
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focus
• Strong communication skills and professional demean
• Organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environme
• Reliable transportation requir
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittent
• Capable of working in a mentally demanding, high-stress environme
