Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul major vehicle components and systems including engines, transmissions, differentials, and transaxles;
Disassemble, adjust, repair, reassemble, and test components using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment;
Identify and repair complex malfunctions using test equipment such as engine analyzers, compression testers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and gauges;
Observe safety, sanitation, and hazardous waste disposal rules while performing repairs;
Operate vehicles to test repairs and move around the facility
