As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote patient health and well‑being. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed effectively. This role demands a compassionate approach to patient interaction, ensuring emotional support alongside clinical care.

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations
- Demonstrated ability to perform clinical nursing duties effectively
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Experience in specialized areas such as critical care, emergency nursing, or pediatrics
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team coordination
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health status and care needs
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitoring patient responses
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional standards
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with nursing best practices and healthcare regulations
