452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care in a clinic setting under RN or physician supervision. Responsibilities include taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and basic assessments.
