You’ll greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, prepare our famous custard treats and help keep the dining room sparkling clean.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the Cold Line by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive‑thru service efficiently
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
• Strong math and communication skills; ability to handle transactions accurately
• Receptive to feedback and eager to learn
• Friendly, energetic and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality
• Must maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines at all times
