Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Supplementary compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise off the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
