ResponsibilitiesOpen and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Delegate tasks and guide team members toward their objectives to drive collective success.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and support the company’s short‑term and long‑term goals.
Maintain high levels of customer service and oversee daily store operations.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and leadership/management skills.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and leadership/management software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
