Overview
Administrative Assistant position with In-House Counsel for Fred Loya Insurance. OFFICE CLERK responsibilities require excellent communication, ability to multi-task, organized, detail oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities- Review and print Court’s online docket
- Search nationwide venues for court information
- Data Entry in office system
- Process files for Closing if dismissed and/or settled
- Keep case assignments organized
- Must be Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, etc)
- Knowledge of basic legal terminology a plus
- Other duties as assigned by management or as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Office Administrative experience is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed 30 words per minute
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure
