Job Skills / RequirementsWe are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will combine office support duties and basic technincal assistance, helping maintain organized workflows, assist staff and provide exceptional customer service for technology-related requests. Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Handle multi-line phone system, answering inquires promply and routing calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette.
Provide basic technical support such as password resets and troubleshooting simple hardware/software issues.
Connect printers as well as set up email addresses.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, TEAMS and other platforms.
Coordinate service appointments and communicate with supervisors effectively.
Support office managment activites including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Experience Needed:
- Familiar with IT ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of networking and computer troubleshooting.
- MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced enviroment.
- Knowledge and experience of office managment procedures including calendar coordination, and time management techniques.
