Front Office Assistant

Role Description

This is a part-time (20-30 hours per week), on-site position located in Edinburg, Texas for a Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including managing appointment scheduling, maintaining records, answering phone calls, and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner. The role is crucial in ensuring efficient front office operations and providing a positive experience for clients.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work professionally and compassionately with clients and team members
• Proficient Phone Etiquette and effective communication for client interactions and scheduling
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and maintaining accurate client calendars
• Ability to perform Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare or counseling office is an advantage
