Internal Service Advisor

Sames Auto Group is hiring an Internal Service Advisor to coordinate repairs for dealership inventory, loaner vehicles, dealer trades, and company vehicles. • Manage internal repair orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate repairs for inventory, used vehicles, dealer trades, and loaner vehicles.
• Schedule and prioritize work with technicians and shop management.
• Work closely with Parts, Sales, Service, and Accounting to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure timely completion.
• Help reduce recon cycle times and get vehicles frontline‑ready faster.

• Previous Service Advisor, Internal Advisor, or dealership service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes.
• Experience with dealership management systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds, or similar) is a plus.
• Team player with a customer‑focused mindset—even when your customers are internal departments.
