The position holder will be responsible for implementing and monitoring procedures, policies, and systems aimed at protecting personnel and property integrity. In addition, they will manage compliance with applicable legal requirements related to occupational safety, workplace risks, and environmental regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

. Management and follow-up of the Total Loss Control Program, including accident and incident investigations. Audit and verification of fire protection systems and review of security surveillance logs. Implementation of the Preventive Safety and Hygiene Program. Execution of the internal audit system (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001) and coordination of the Safety and Hygiene Committee. Development and delivery of safety and environmental training programs.

Collaboration with the occupational health area for monitoring risk agents and ergonomic programs. Coordination of evacuation drills and management of the red tag system. Participation in energy performance initiatives. Requirements and

Qualifications:

. Solid experience with OSHA and EPA regulations. In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 14001 standards. Forklift operation certification. Proficiency in Spanish and technical English to support operations and regulatory compliance.

. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related field

. You have 3+ years of safety and environmental industry knowledge preferred

. You should have automotive manufacturing experience
