Commercial Construction Superintendent​/Assistant Superintendent

ASI is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated construction professional with experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.

• Overseeing day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• Enforcing safety standards and coordinating inspections
• Preparing daily reports and three-week look-ahead schedules
• Managing punch list completion and project closeout
• Maintaining clear communication with project teams, clients, and subcontractors

• Commercial construction field experience required
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple trades
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience maintaining project schedules and holding subcontractors accountable
• Local Rio Grande Valley construction experience is preferred
