Project Manager, Procurement ​/ Purchasing, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

About This Role As a Project Manager at Benmar Electric, you'll lead the planning and execution of large-scale electrical projects from bid to closeout. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and teams across government, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Texas.

• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Review project plans, specifications, and change orders for accuracy
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ in commercial, industrial, or government sectors
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
