Merit General Contractors in McAllen, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, procurement, change management, owner communications and the project team to deliver safe, on‑time, within‑budget results.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of progressive experience. OSHA 30 preferred;
Procore, MS Project and Bluebeam proficiency is expected.
