Our mission is to deliver personalized, fiduciary financial guidance rooted in trust, cultural understanding, and long-term relationships.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver a high-touch, detail-driven client experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who:

  • Is deeply comfortable working with Mexican and Spanish-speaking clients
  • Can confidently switch between Spanish and English in professional client conversations
  • Thrives in an operational, task-oriented role
  • Takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and getting the details right

You will be hands-on with account opening, paperwork, client calls, and daily service needs—serving as a critical bridge between our clients, advisors, and operations.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in both Spanish and English, in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Communicate with cultural sensitivity and awareness, particularly when working with Mexican clients and families.
  • Call clients to confirm appointments, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status updates.
  • Draft, translate, and review client correspondence to ensure clarity, professionalism, and accuracy in both languages.
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Open new accounts, complete required custodial and internal forms, and ensure paperwork is accurate and fully executed.
  • Track transfers, money movements, and account maintenance requests through completion.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and service requests under advisor supervision.
  • Maintain highly accurate client records in CRM and custodial platforms.
  • Coordinate closely with advisors, compliance, and custodial partners to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Identify missing information, errors, or follow-up needs before they become issues.
Team & Firm Support
  • Assist advisors with meeting preparation, notes, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Support internal projects and process improvements as the firm grows.
  • Uphold fiduciary responsibility, confidentiality, and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — professional-level fluency required.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican culture and client communication nuances.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort handling operational tasks such as forms, account setup, client calls, and confirmations.
  • Excellent follow-through and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  • Following position start date, willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 65 or 66, Group One (Life, Health & HMO) (firm sponsorship available).
Preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a client-facing administrative role.
  • Prior experience within an RIA or wealth management firm.
  • Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, or Pershing platforms.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Wealthbox or Jump AI.
  • Interest in long-term career growth within wealth management (CFP® or additional licensing).

  • Firm-sponsored licensing (fees, study materials, exam costs)
  • Health, dental, retirement plan, PTO, and continuing education support
