This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in McAllen, TX. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support and advice on insurance products, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues efficiently, and contributing to building lasting relationships with clients through excellent service.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and managing customer concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bilingual capabilities (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
