Overview
Interstate Parking is seeking a Mobile Tap ’N Fly Ambassador to join the team at McAllen International Airport, McAllen, TX. This is a part-time position.
What You’ll Do- Engage with customers and verify compliance with Tap ’N Fly.
- Assist customers with Tap ’N Fly registration.
- Promote the Tap ’N Fly model and communicate benefits (e.g., skipping lines).
- Promote Swift Pass enrollment for a cleaner, more streamlined process.
- Contribute to higher customer conversions in registrations.
- Provide customers with parking rates and lot information.
- Answer customer questions related to parking.
- Smile, engage, and help our customers.
- Outgoing and comfortable approaching customers.
- Friendly, approachable, upbeat with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Age 18+
- Accrued Time Off
- Premium Pay for IPC Holidays Worked
- Part-Time, Seasonal — 3 Days per Week
- 18 Hours per Week
