We are seeking a Budget Brownsville Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include washing/detailing vehicles, inspecting vehicles upon return, documenting any damages, processing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth vehicle rental experience for customers.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in customer service roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Basic computer skills
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
* Must have or be able to obtain a Texas driver's license
* Must have a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
* Conduct inspections on rental vehicles upon return
* Document and report any damages or issues with vehicles
* Coordinating vehicle maintenance and cleaning schedules
