Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English at our McAllen, TX location, where you will provide outstanding support to Spanish and English speaking customers.

What You’ll be Doing

Help customers quickly resolve issues with empathy, ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Typical Day Activities
  • Answer incoming communications from customers.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
