What You’ll be Doing

Typical Day- Answer incoming communications from customers.
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 6 months or more of customer services experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge.
- Computer experience.

- Base wage starting at $18 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities.
