Passenger Service Agent

Airport Terminal Services  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate to ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey;
Check passenger tickets and documents for validity for boarding as required;
Assist with reservations, preparation and issuance of tickets and itineraries, and baggage handling including excess baggage charges;
Manage lost and found activities, initiate tracing procedures and process claims for damaged or lost baggage;
Coordinate flight movement communications between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors; ensure safety, security, and compliance procedures are followed
